Found this today. Thought it may be a Williams cleaner that was fired. Any idea?

What does the base look like? Does it have a cavity?

No there is no cavity that i can see.

I don't think its one of the cleaner types, a type 1 looks the closest but I would think its a carbine variant of some sort. The distortion from firing makes it hard to ID.
