Windy day at the beach

Weather man said it was supposed to get to 60 degrees. Winds 10-15 mph and seas 4-6 feet. We had a pretty strong storm roll through Sun. morning. I thought I'd give the beach a shot. I was not alone, I saw 4 other THers. I was the only one in or near the water. The water was warm (70 degrees) but the waves and the wind chill made things less than comfortable. I worked the water (about knee-deep) for about an hour. The rest was ankle deep and wet sand and dry sand on the way to the car. I ended up with $1.80 in clad, a Revenge of the mummy souvenir penny and a frog earring.
