How often has the Farmers Almanac been right?

Accoridng to NOAA we ahve an El Nino forming in the pacific and they are predicitng that we are going to have warmer/drier winter than normal. Something like last winter would do me just fine.

My responce would be... little rain this yr, along with little to non hurricanes thus we better watch out for the long flow of flurries this winter... but im hoping and wishing that im totally off.. either way stay warm and happy.
