I had a recharging issue with the transmitter on my 1.5 year old Deteknix Wireless W6 with 1/4" Plug Headphones. I called the California office and was told to send the headphones back to them for repair. I did. Once I dropped them in the mail, within 7 days... I had my headphones back with a brand new transmitter and all new accessories... charging cords, velcro mounting kit, 1/4" to 1/8" plug adapter, etc. I'm very satisfied.
I have two Deteknix pinpointers and two sets of headphones and this was my first issue and it was remedied very satisfactorily.
