she related to Bloomberg or any of the other fools in this government that know how people should live? In my trick or treating days it meant just that, "TRICK" or treat? If you didn't get a treat you "tricked" them. Usually with toilet paper or you used soap on their house/car windows. I think that's how razor blades in apples came about.

I hate to admit this, but one year my mom decided that candy was bad for kids and she gave out pennies instead. Kids were super disappointed, neighborhood griped and teased all year and the next year she was ready. Tons of candy, but for the first hour-no children. Then the word spread and even the parents were at the door begging candy. "Letter woman" will learn, just like mom did...
