Lol,nope but sure wanted too. Gonna wait till someone comes up to visit to give me a hand. It's only about 60yds from the what I think is a OH ho!e I want to dig. But someone here said don't do it alone till ya get a clue of what's going on. I mean how deep could a OH hole be? I guess anything over your head get dangerous 🫣

Did you look under it?

I found a rock like that on the ground under the limb of an owl tree, only the rock was a diamond shape. Under it was a heart rock. I don't think anything was buried under it. Just a pointer for direction and the heart representing a small cache.

It may also be multi-directional.
Take compass readings in all directions, even in the flats, & measure between the points.

Yes sir and just another reason I'm leaving it alone right yet.
I haven't walked it out but think it points towards one of my ponds🤔

Just take good compass readings & record all 3 points & 3 sides along with NSEW, etc., for your future reference.

Measure & record along with the other info, between each of the points & the direction, so you know the exact length & which facing side. That's a good start.
Just in case it gets moved, or
someone forgets just how
the marker was sitting.
Really best not to move it, but if you do, you'll have that info if you were to need it. Also, mark the place it's sitting as well as you can.
Maybe there's something to get
a measurement(s) from too.
