would you continue hunting this site

First off let me say this isn't my image i went to a site today and found a 1930s shave tube sorta like the one pictured and also a 1940s false tooth tube,my question is would you all continue hunting this site or what would you do I only spent an hour here the tubes was down about 6 inches.

Are there signals? Sometimes you have to clean up the larger shallower items to get the good stuff! Do you have more productive sites?

I only was able to hunt it for 1 hour had lots of hits but also lots of tree roots the place i am hunting is an old 1930s coal loading dock along the illinois river.

My problem is I take someone with me cause i usualy have a shovel and a backpack problem is they peter out in less then 2 hours and im the one doing all the work im pretty new to this metal detecting so was just wondering if this may be a good place to keep looking.

what i am thinking is maybe someone had a cabin or something where they camped and stayed for long periods working at the mine.

Heck yeah, I'd continue to hunt that place. I like finding relics and coins that are more than 80 years old!

Go back and dig! The only way to know if there's potential in a spot is to dig, you'll be surprised how many junk signals ( bottlecap / pull tab vdi) are good finds!

Yes that's a good place. The items you have found prove it and if anyone had detected before you wouldn't of found what you did because I'm sure they sounded good on detector. Good luck and grid the place and go from diff directions. Dig the shallow iron also because it will mask good targets. Good luck.

i just looked and your profile says you don't use a detector. I would get one.
