When did the purchase close? I thought that there is a certain amount of time to dispute. Can't you find an option for "item not as described"? I agree, go with Pay Pal. FYI-- with PP, always, always, always use your CC for purchases. It double protects you. Years ago I bought a silk jacket from China. The jacket came with a huge oil stain on the front. I complained to the company, and they said I had to pay to ship it back for an exchange. Long fight; I finally went to PP. They said all they cover is the item arriving, not that it being in good, wearable condition. I went to my CC company, and they said when I show proof I returned it they would give me a full refund. Boya to them! I crinkled that sucker up so tight; wrapped it in plastic wrap, and shipped it in the smallest envelope I could shove it in. No way they were going to be able to reuse it for some other sucker.
