Wow, this is nuts... bad cops

Let me start by saying I am not an "anti-cop" type, or anything like that. I know many LEOs and they are some fine folks. I was reading on another forum I participate on and came across a post by the person this all happened to. He says there are 2 more parts to the story he isn't allowed to publish yet because of legal issues, but he promises to soon. He linked to this site, which at my quick glance seems to be very anti-cop and not a place I would frequent. It's the most complete version of the story that I saw online though, so I'll post the link to it. I've seen the documents proving this case on a different site, so as much as I'd like to believe this didn't happen (especially in my state), it did.

He's got one thing to be thankfull for, and that is he wasn't in New Mexico, cause if he had of been he would have been shot.
