Looks like "0291-2 W.B. Jones & Co."

There is a W.B. Jones House in Kansas, but have no clue where you are located.

I'm thinking the writing was probably done by the photographer.

Thanks to All, I'm located in Virginia. My cursive writing was so bad that in the fourth grade, my teacher told me to print instead. That was 52 years ago and I have my own style of printing. I went to get a drivers license years ago and was told that I had to write my signature in cursive. I jiggled the pen around in no set pattern and they accepted it. You couldn't read it because it was just a scribble but the DMV accepted it over my legibly printed name. I was seeing gibberish on the back of this tin type. Thanks Again!

They don't teach Cursive now. You could sign with the old faithful "X" and its all good.
