WS 5 Headphones Not turning on

Has anyone else experienced this problem? When i try and turn them on i get a slight glimpse of the screen but then it goes away

Try pressing the "-" button.

sounds like they are turning on and then not booting all the way. Make sure they are charged.

I don't own the ws5 but most electronics like cell phones ect....behave the way you describe due to a lack of charge.

Yeah, be sure you have v5.21
