WTB Long handle, wide, sand scoop - in Northern NY/Vermont/Quebec

I live in way-northern NY, near both the Vermont and Canadian borders. Looking to pick up a used, long-handled, sand scoop in decent shape. I'd prefer something that's sturdy enough to be pushed into the sand with one's foot (so basically not the wire basket type of scoop).

Would prefer to see it in person before purchase.
