Ok, so I have seen many of these, but larger and with only ONE date (normally 1914)

Has anyone seen one this small with these 4 dates?

The back side is blank.

Can anyone help my ID this please!?!?!

If you flip it over, it looks a little "rough" on the left and right. So, it could have been mounted to a pin.

Any idea who or what it would have been presented for?

I'm just shooting in the dark but I feel like it was made prior to the end of the war since 1918 isn't on it.........

I've never seen that exact one, but I'd guess it's a stick pin as well. Probably made for a veteran commemorating his time on the front
