My 15" coil was feeling left out since I have been using the 6" and 10x5 coils lately. So I set out to see if the big coil could find some deep goodies at my local goto park. I have been hunting this park for years. I was kind of surprised the big coil was able to pull these goodies in such a trashy area of the park.
My first good find was a wheat cent which I knew was a good sign. Then I got an iffy mixed signal but it sounded like silver amongst trash. I'm glad I dug it because it was a nice silver WW2 era army hat pin from what I researched. My first silver military pin! I was able to find a nice barber that looked like it was dropped soon after minting along with a green Indian head and some more wheat cents! Not bad for a couple hours at a pounded local park! Thanks for looking! Don't forget to watch the video for live digs.
