IconData.us has traveled to Greece to meet and train with Gold Detectors International, the creators of the Icon Data Logger, so we may bring this product to the USA in a professional and worry free manner.
The Icon Data Logger can be used with any metal detector that operates in true “non motion” audio mode. A true non motion metal detector does not depend on movement of the coil to generate a signal. Also, the signal will not fade out, but rather get stronger as it gets closer to the target, and will continue to sound as long as the coil remains over the target.
Some examples of these types of metal detectors are the JW Fishers Pulse 6x or Pulse 8x, Aquapulse AQ1B, XP Deus, White’s XLT, Some 2-Box style metal detectors such as Whites TM-808, Gemini III, or frame coil detectors such as Lorenz Deepmax X3, Deepmax X5, Pulse star II, and some older / newer VCO audio style detectors.
It’s purpose is to create a live as you go image or images of the target or targets in 2D with 3D viewing ability. Now with the Icon Data Logger unit these types of detectors can be updated with real time target imaging.
