x-terra 705

I'm looking to buy my first detector. I want to search local parks, some ghost towns and sometimes salt water beach. I was wondering if the minelab x-terra 705 will be a good choice for someone just startin out?

The X-Terra 705 will do about any detecting that you want to do.
It really is a very good machine , and easy to learn to use.

I got one recently and am still getting used to it. But it's sooo nice once you learn all the settings and know what yer doing.
I live in central Oregon and it discriminates in the highly mineralized soil beautifully. Can't go wrong, learn it and you'll love it.
