XLT Audio TRS Connection

Hi all,

TRS jack wormed out, strapped up , added washer, all was well then audio cut out. Everything works but audio. NO speaker, no headphones, everything else is just fine. Have new jack, soldered the same, still no audio. Noticed some solder pads under where the jack sits. Does it have to touch? Anyone have any advice? Can you draw me a picture? snap a pic of your existing jack on board, anything? Im dying without my machine!!!!
