XLT VDI Scale Missing

Hi, I recently purchased a used White's XLT M.D. I am having alot of fun with it, the only thing is the VDI scale has been worn off of it. I would appreciate if someone out there could get me a copy of that.

I'm pretty sure it is in the manual. If you don't have it you can download it from Whites website.
