After some hunting I found the following info:
A bit of information for the guys who are wondering what has happened to the XP-Owners Forum.
This morning Tuesday 5th March I tried to access the XP forum but got a message that it was no longer available so I emailed Nigel to inquire if his server was down and he replied with the message below and asking me to spread the word so if you want to continue the passing on of this information please feel free to do so.

Can you spread the word pls, XP forum is being moved, we were not made aware of the move till now by our provider, as such the forum will be offline for a few days, expected return 9[SUP]th[/SUP] March ! Grrrrrrr.
