It's not very often that I get a chance to spend that kind of money on myself. Hopefully it won't take very long to get it here.
 
great detector choice. I have tried a bunch of land detectors but the Xterra has been the one I love and have kept. It has tons of features but you'll do fine with just basic operation at first.

Just a quick piece of info for you if you are on the shorter side. Minelab rods are somewhat taller than some other detectors, and even shortened to their max may be too long for you if you are on the short side. But, you can buy a short lower rod through Kelly Co or other dealers. I don't scrape five feet so that's what I needed to do. Good luck and happy hunting.
