yankee shot bullets today

Found these today in a place that I am sure was hit allot in the past.I think most of the shallower stuff was probably pretty much found,but it just goes to show me how much the deeper stuff was probably missed with the older machines.Kind of makes me wonder what I am missing with mine? They all seemed to have some depth to them,they were maybe about 6 or 7 inches down, some maybe more.I wish they had some artillery action at this sight.It would make a good place to find a shell.

Nice bunch of lead! Some of my best recent finds came from a very small area that the owner said he and his brother had hunted years ago. I think depth is going to be the selling point for detectors of the future.
