You are also "fair game" while trespassing on someones property.
especially if they are trying to sell that property with brown plugs of grass on the lawn.

Yeah, I'm with the mindset of ASKING permission. I know that I'd be very upset to come home and find someone digging in my yard with a FOR SALE sign in my yard! Let's have some respect for the property owner and have some integrity. Remember, we don't want people to become prejudiced against our hobby.
