✅ SOLVED Yard sale find. Help identifying maker.

Hello, I found this at a yard sale and would like any info about the maker. Only mark is in the brass fitting. Union manufacturing Co. New Britain, CT. I can't seem to find any info about manufacturing well pumps. Thanks in advance for any help.

I see writing on the tapered part? No idea either but probably fire fighting gear, pretty fancy pump handle though. Maybe a portable fire water tank used in a factory?
