My new detector is in the shop for warranty issues. Took the pinpointer out to an active spot and found an area with a lot of broken window glass, rusty bottle caps, jar lids, etc. I didn’t take pictures, not much to see yet. When frost is completely gone I hope to determine the edges of the dump and to start digging. These often lead to some pretty good bottles, if the Shovel Monster doesn’t eat them first. Hopefully I get my Simplex back soon so I can work the perimeter to determine where to start.
