Yesterday's mixture of finds.

Did a bit of hunting in an open section of our local golf coarse and ended up with a mix of goodies,two coins from the 70s and and 1947 a junk ring and my first spear head

Here is a picture of a traditional Zulu spear ,they look similar...A fello detectorist found a spear at the same location .i am waiting for a picture of his find to compare

What could be what you are calling an open area of a golf coarse?But that spear head is a neat find.

That thing on the spear looks alot like the hooks on my lodge sword hanger chains

Only joking...it was in an area which is part of a 100 year.old golf coarse but to the side of the fairway
