Yesterday's "Quick Finds" ... Not Much.

Yesterday I had an hour or so to walk a field I've been eyeing. No one else hunts this field, because it doesn't look like your 'typical' artifact site. The farmer said no one else hunts it, and I'd like to keep it that way. :D This is what I came up with in about 30 minutes. Most people around here hunt the river and flats along creeks. No one looks for campsites in fields around the flat ground.

The best I can tell this is a Hopewell Point.

This is a blade that has an ancient break at the base that was reworked, and is marked with Red Ochre. It appears to be either Adena or a cache blade of some sort. What are your thoughts?

An odd shaped scraper or tool of some sort.

These rocks appear to be some sort of discoidal or game stone. What are your thoughts on this? Also, the other piece looks like a broken pipe bowl.

Looks like you got a good field to hunt. Nice finds--the game discs I do not know about.

I like that material of the top point. I'm curious as to why you think there is red ocher on the second one, I'm guessing it's because of the tiny red spots on the high points? That's a form of oxidation that you'll find on a lot of artifacts- doesn't really have anything to do with ocher but it is a good sign of authenticity when looking at artifacts. Third pic looks like your average flake, doesn't look worked or used to me, just odd shaped. I believe that the two round stones are..... two round stones. And lastly, that last piece is really interesting... clearly drilled...I don't know what that is from but it has my attention, can you tell for sure what it's made from?
