I was really hoping to pull a gold ring out of the beach last night, but that wasn't the case. I found 2 silver rings quickly, so I got my hopes up about the potential for gold... but alas, there wasn't any to be found.... YET  I'll pull a ticket outta there before I'm done with this particular beach.

The hunt did give me some decent clad though, so that makes the effort worth while. I'm loving the strong Yen rate. 80 Yen to $1 USD.

Here's the finds before and after I cleaned them up. I didn't clean the rings though... I just throw all that silver in a pile.

Last nights take was 2,210 yen ($27.62 US) and one US quarter. The 2 rings weighed a total of 7.5 grams.
