Question about Charter Members Personal pages

Are any topics disallowed in Personal Pages? Since Charter Members are their own Moderators...are the general rules restrictions applicable?

Well it look like you can write anything you want on your personal page... No one will read it, or reply

I thought it was a great concept, sort of allowed you to do your own thing without upsetting the flow of the general forums. But apparently there were issues here as well.

Gee, do you think you can wait until we get this straightened out before you start hurling insults? This is how it works. A member posts an issue. We post it in the mod forum for admin to look at and wait for a reply. It's not always instantaneous.

You think THAT was an insult? WOW!! Where am I at?

Re: Question about Charter Members Personal pages

FP, Seems everyone who has a personal page has been posting on it, or someone else. That remark by Marc is at the very bottom of the PP home page. I think Marc may of not noticed it, but it was no problem with the latest members who wanted a PP, got it.

For Cappy - the rules were updated as of Nov 14, 2011

    http://forum.treasurenet.com/rules

    CHARTER MEMBERS' PERSONAL PAGES

    Personal Pages are MODERATED.

Personal Pages are offered as a COURTESY, and IN NO WAY an advertised part of Charter Membership... http://forum.treasurenet.com/upgrade

The purpose of Personal Pages is for the posting of messages related to metal detecting and treasure hunting activities ONLY.

We reserve the right to delete ANY Personal Page - or content within personal pages, at any time for any reason.
