I'm not sure Scott but I think I have a Cold War certificate. I don't know. Unlike some people I know I don't have an " I love me wall " haha. The tube the tube what to put in the tube?

I just mailed in my request today after class.
At the Post office.
I waited in line to get a specific stamp. At "Parade Rest."
For 20 minutes....

Yep. The Purple Heart stamp! :notworthy:

Also being a philatelist I bought one for my collection. Or the tube........

http://uspsstamps.com/stamps/purple-heart-medal

Here's a link for the request:

https://www.hrc.army.mil/TAGD/Awards%20and%20Decorations%20Branch%20-%20Cold%20War%20Certificate%20Program

Hope you are well and hug that Grandson again. For me!

My Best,

Scott

It's not so much of a "love me wall" as it is about receiving documentation of your Service for quick and impactful testimony, if necessary. 8-)

Just received this message in my Student email from Brenda Adams to wit:

Scott,
Here’s your answer from Stacie. Do you have a student organization –maybe the Pre-Vet Club? The advisor is Margi Flood [email protected] or call her at 678-717-3743. Margi is a professor in Biology on our campus. Please let me now if that doesn’t work out. I might be able to convince our Nighthawks Entertainment to help out.

Sheesh!
More hoops to jump through!

Why is it so hard to do the right thing anymore?

Best,

Scott

Then,

My Adviser sends me this email:

Scott --

Pre-vet makes the most sense, so please do let us know if that works out. Other clubs to consider:

· Human Services Association – I know they have done at least one human service project this year (collecting food), but I do not know who the faculty sponsor is
· Psychology Club – The faculty advisor is Dr. Valerie Havill ([email protected])
· Psi Chi – The faculty advisor is Dr. Diane Cook ([email protected]); the president is Amy Shim ([email protected]) and the vice-president is Ryan McCoy ([email protected])

I have Amy & Ryan in class, and I can see if they think Psi Chi and/or the Psych Club would be interested.

Quick analysis of Dr. Ringger's email....

Dr. Havaill and I are on great terms, having attended one of her courses and likely to attend another.

Now then, Dr. Cook....

I've attended one of her courses and she was originally assigned as my adviser, and....

We're still, "Friendly."

Let's see where this all goes!

Thanks Dr. Ringger!

Best,

Scott

So,
I send this email to my Adviser and Brenda:

I will contact Dr. Havill to apprise her of my request of donations for the Shelter due to their recent break-in, all communication on the subject thus far, and seek her assistance, ideas and guidance.

Let's find a way....

Just talking with Friends about this Project has garnered pledges!

Best Wishes,

Scott Xxxxxx

WOW!

My email has lit up!

From Brenda:

Fine with me. Glad to help for this wonderful cause. My oldest daughter is a veterinarian and I know all about loving animals!

From Dr. Ringger:

My twin is a veterinarian—and she knew her whole life that she wanted to be a vet for that reason. J

You must work for the results!

So, now I must compose an email to Dr. Havill...

Yep.

I got this, y'all...

Best,

Scotty

And, Tomorrow?

Well...

It's just another day....
Never promised to anyone....

Unless you have a Passion. A goal.

Use Tomorrow for your goal.
For your passion.

Why wait for tomorrow?

DO IT TODAY!

(Check John playin' the "Ricky!")

ENJOY!

Always on your side,

Scott

Hoping to be a participant!

This Last Class decides.....

"Bottom of the ninth, two on and two out. Down by one..."
"Yeah, and it looks like the coach is sending Scott to the plate to bat...."
"Can you believe that?"

It was summer!

Please,
Enjoy sitting with your older relatives, listening to a game. Or especially with younger relatives....

On an old AM radio!

Better yet, Take 'em to a game!

Don't everybody love a baseball game?

Make those memories.....

I showed Dad a group of fish on a graph. He asked why they were all swimming the same direction!

RC,

I certainly appreciate your replies concerning my pics and such...

However, your posts alone cannot guarantee the continuation of the Tube's Clues here.....

More Critters must respond! More Critters must love an adventure!

And the picture issue resolved, Dig?

Scott

Tick, Tick, Tick....

Yes, I'm a student of Horology....

For the last 30 some years...

Watch repair and such. Once worked for a jeweler and received pay in loose diamonds....

Final comments are now requested.

"The time that we'll explore for comments and procedure will continue until the time has been reached to cease."

(Army-Speak)

Just keep on your toes....

We'll see where we end up.....
