Why am I no longer getting emails to subscribed threads?

I am now getting them on this thread. On some other threads I do occasionally get them but there doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern to which threads I'm notified on.

All in all it's already much better than it was a few days ago. Thanks to the Forum techs for your efforts!

Same here. I seem to be getting them most of the time, but only on this particular thread.

As of yesterday we've started using a new mail sender that so far seems to be working much better then the last.. Please watch your spam/junk folders over the next few days and mark emails from treasurenet as "not spam".. this will help improve the reputation so the deliverability will continue to improve.

Never used to have this problem....

Just within the past month or so, I am no longer getting email notifications for activity in threads I subscribe to or start. I'm 100% sure I'm clicking the "Subscribe" button and choosing the "Instantly, using email" (or whatever it is) option just like I always have. I've checked my spam folder, I've checked that my email address in my account is correct, and it is.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, except that I am new so I never got any emails, lol.

Are you guys still not receiving email? We switched to a new mail service when I posted last, and from all the report logs, mail looks to have improved a lot. With any switch like that though, your emails may go into the "spam" folder at first. If you find it in the spam folder, be sure to move it into your inbox and mark it as "not spam".

The only emails I've received were replies posted by the moderator Treasure_Hunter.

I control my email filters and server myself. Nothing in any spam or trash from TreasureNet except that one moderator's replies.

Got an email to a thread I replied to today in Gmail.. first email I've gotten from a thread here in a good month.
