Hello to everyone reading this thread. I am new to detecting and recently purchased my first detector, an ACE 250. I live on a 32 acre farm in Pennsylvania. The farm has been in my family for 6 or 7 generations, and the property itself has been in my family since Civil War time periods. My grandfather says one of our 2 barns could have been used in the civil war when confederate soldiers invaded a town 4 miles away. My aunt has a whole box of Native American Artifacts. I have wanted to detect this place for quite some time, and recently sucked it up and spent the 300 dollars for the ACE 250.
