" The distance is minor compared to missing the company of the "characters" that come together. Some things are just more important in life than miles."

Those things being rum, warm sub-tropical breezes, saltwater...treasure....Oh...and stories and the tellers thereof.

reseach is what I do ...good solid historically documented info is the name of the game ..it can save a lot of time .effort and money --and hopefully put you onto a well paying wreck as well...time and money are both limited in the ship wreck hunting biz so spend them wisely

Denny's . I didn't know they had bangers and mash.
For Kevin.

Remember last years "Limey Slam" has blood sausage too!

Edited to add ... Denny's is 20 min. either way (north or south minimum) I highly recommend the Pelican Diner here in Sebastian. More specifically the "Full Bill" (no,not ropesfish) :laughing7:

It will line your belly and give you the base you need for a full day of adventuring.

Biscuits, sausage gravy, a layer of corned beef hash and eggs any style on top. (I always get scrambled)

My brother from Orlando comes every month and can't wait to get there for this specialty.

Just a hint from my version of "diners, drive-inns and dives"

Had to add ... its a mere $6.95

I just got off the phone with Burt Webber. He said he's going to try to be at the cookout. He also is going to call Tracy Bowden.

Hey Fizz, he said he'll leave his swords and pistols at home if you will...LOL
