Re-lic-ing My Wounds

Well, Big brother john37115 put it on me today. He dug a Confederate Infantry Button! He was kind enough to not rub it in too badly. However, I've been curled up in the fetal position ever since I got home. He did earn the find I'll give him that. He detected from about 10 to 3:00 on a sprained ankle and hilly terrain. I'm Really Tickled for him. Those are the kind of finds that really trip our triggers. I wasn't totaly skunked. Pretty much but not totaly. I did manage to pluck a few nice bullets, those are always fun. I'm adding a few little finds from yesterday also, not much but did find one nice Injun with a full Liberty.

Wow..... Very nice finds. You are making me drool. If Nashville is washed away by drool it will totally be your fault, lol.... I'm trying to get permission to hunt where several thousand troops camped and there was a hospital there and that building is still standing, it's an old farm house. No luck getting him to answer the phone yet. Wish me luck have a good one

You weren't kidding that Indianhead is bea-u-ti-ful.
That site has the kindest dirt, hard to believe I found some square nails there yesterday that looked like they were dropped last week.

It does look like the remains of a weird little hand gun in the pick now that you mention it. It doesn't look that way in person. I'm really not sure what it is, maybe some sort of a pin used on farm equipment.
