Great looking early silver. I have really grown to love that dark patina, the type of patina you might see only on the older silver coins. Good stuff!

Great find! You always manage the old silver...I am sure there is a reale or two waiting for you there.

Not the newest...You forgot about the 3 or 4 Barber Dimes that were found there. They all have the ashen patina. Luckily my FHHD did not!

Is it true this one was under the gravel?

Sorry I did forget about b dimes, And i love hunting the gravel. Not many like digging in that stuff. I have hunted in alot worse spots. But thats what it is all about. HH Mark

That's the With Drapery variety, the scarcer of the two major P-mint varieties for the year. Nice find!
