Help ID'ing this large copper coin

Hi, I found this very worn copper coin today while water detecting an ocean beach in Massachusetts. It is a little larger than a quarter and a little smaller than a half dollar.

Any help to ID it would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a large cent with some kind of stamp on it
