1700's Home in beautiful Virginia

I met up with a fellow t-netter Saturday morning to see if we could find some Colonial relics. The weather was perfect, slightly over cast and t-shirt detecting weather. James Bibb (Tnet) took me to one of his private "permission granted" 1700s home site. What a beautiful home, it was black and white, classic 1700's Plantation home on a rolling hill landscape, overlooking the mountains. James can be seen digging with the mountains in the background. Barry, in the orange hat lives there with his mother. He followed us most of the day very inquisitive as to what we were doing. I think he had a good time too, getting outside with us.

Thanks for looking

Looking forward to seeing what you fellows find. The home is in remarkable condition, I was "scouting" a home last week built in 1858, it is in ruins. (Too bad, I hate to see beautiful old buildings just rot away.) Thank you for sharing these great photos.
