You can filter out dealers from China or wherever by adjusting your search on EBay. If you are looking for U.S. coins for example select U.S. only or North America in the search option. If you are looking for more "worldy goods", you are stuck with worldwide and that will include China with it's zillions of counterfeits, fakes and knockoffs.

All types of BFOs owned. Especially want White's Arrow; White's Oremaster; Exanimo Spartan Little Monster; Garrett contract Little Monster.
Many hundreds of fake old coins are flowing through ebay and flea markets. Most are made in China. The better quality forgers offer fake silver coins that are actually silver the lower level offer deceptive stainless steel fakes that look like silver. Pillar dollars, early pesos, trade dollars, bust and seated dollars are all out there. Stainless silver eagles are showing up at dealers and flea markets daily. The one I bought for a sample has the date 1906 on a modern silver eagle. It's also magnetic. siegfried schlagrule
