Hunted with a friend yesterday. He always kicks my butt with finds. With both have AT Pro's. Most of the time I clear the area of junk so he can haul in the good scores but yesterday was my day- My very first Connecticut copper 1787. My oldest coin before this was a large cent 1809. The face is a little tough but still I'm really pleased! Hope to find more someday!

Hi Bev! :hello:
Congratulations on finding the 1787 Connecticut Copper! :hello2:

I've seen your finds steadily getting better over the past two years.
Now that you have the At Pro, you're ready to kick some butt! :laughing7:

Best of luck to you this year Bev,
Dave

That's a great find! Congrats and thanks for sharing :hello2:

Wow! a 1797 is a tough find! GREAT DIG!! Keep them coming!! ;D

Congrats on the state copper Bev! They seem to come easy for some people, but for the rest of us they are few and far between. I am still looking for my first that I can positively identify as a state copper, although I have a few questionable ones.

Great advice on LinkedIn regarding the AT Pro!

Great find. Even better because you can actually read a date. Mine is worn smooth pretty much...can just see the bust on the front and faintly see the lady on the back, but no date!
