Yeah.. The books are another trick.
Also under any lining in old jewelry boxes.. or behind old paintings.

What is the mint mark because if im not mistaken the 1914
D is worth some money.

It's funny I put a link to this post on my Facebook page and stated that I might have better luck doing the same thing instead of using a detector...anyway I went out detecting about an hour later today and guess what I found? A 1914 Barber dime!

There is no mint mark.. So I think that means Philadelphia.
Its worth more than the melt value anyway.
