Hello!

I'm off of work today trying to re-coop from a long weekend of fun and partying! I managed to go detecting for a couple hours today. Here's what I dug:

1936 Mercury Dime
1931 Canadain Cent
5 wheat cents dating from 1918 to 1953
1 clad quarter
3 clad dimes
2 modern nickels
18 copper memorial cent

I also dug a neat pin thingy! It reads, NATIONAL EDUCATION ASS'N ~ PORTLAND ~ JULY 7-14, 1917. I think it was part of a ribbon award or something ~ there was some rotten ribbon on it that came all apart when I dug it up.

I took pic's of the treasures before and after I cleaned them up. This Merc dime is my silver coin find #53 for the year!

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Congratulations on the silver # 53 for the year Neil!!
The 1931 Canadian 1 cent is a great find. We don't
find many that old here that have a readable date.
The NEA pin is something you don't se everyday
either. WTG.... Gold Nuggets :hello:
