1918 wheat and a prohibition bottle???

Took everyone's advice about there being silver where there is wheat and went back to my pap's house today ... Found this 1918 wheat (and 5 others between 30s-40s), still no silver. he did collect his silver though, maybe that's why I've had no luck! Haha

Also found a bunch (30 or so) of old bottles (mason jars, pop bottles, glass jugs, etc.) that were just surface finds ... One really catches my attention and I just can't seem to date it. On top it says, "FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE". On the bottom it says PAT APPL'D R420 16-41 2

If any of you have any info on the bottle we'd appreciate it!!

Actually your bottle dates between 1935-1964. Apparently when prohibition ended, a law went into effect that said all alcohol bottles had to be embossed with that text. Check out this info I found:
