1932 "Dog Tax" Dog Tag (UPDATE) Sold on EBAY!

Looked at these things on the "EBAY" site and there were actually quite a few. I guess they are quite collectible. Some were selling for a substantial amount of $$ so I decided to list mine. Quite unique in the fact that none out of the 190 listings none were actually number shaped. Kind of a neat find so I thought I would post it seeing as how I haven't had much to post lately. Hogge Thought I would get $10-15 and got $43.52 for this thing!

That is a really cool dog tag. Wish I had found one like that. I have a collection of them that I
have found over the years. I even have some that my mother in law gave me from WWII. They are made of
rubber or something like that.

Nice very nice. The one I found is from 1927 but just rectangle shape, nowhere as nice as yours.

Cool find!! I found my first "dog tax" tag this year..........around 1920 something!! I told my hunting partner that meant there had to of been Democrats in this area around that time........Democrat / Taxes!! Get it!!! LOL Nascarfan

I have found plenty of dog tags, but never one that said dog tax and looked cool like yours. Nice find!

This thing was worth more than some of the coins I found!
