Yeah, this is something that fools a lot of collectors. This looks like a doubled die, but it's what's called "strike doubling". Strike doubling doesn't carry any collector value. I guess you could say that strike doubling is more on the side of just poor minting than on the side of collectable error coins. It's definitely doubled......hope it's worth something! I'd probably stick it in a quarter holder and hang on to it!
