Clinton/ Sullivan artifacts ? are you sure you got the right Uniontown ? ;)

I ask this because there were allot of uniontowns. & the reason this one was formerly known as uniontown

Looks like an '18 d to me, which makes it a better date. Great job. As for the bump on the other, i have dug 3 coins with "air pockets" like that. I think water gets in tiny holes and freezes and expands over and over. Just my hypothesis at least.
