How much would a uncut sheet of 2$ bills signed by the US treasurer be worth?

I'm not sure of the year or who it was that signed them. A family friend that passed away had a collection of coins (Which I inherited some of them) and that sheet which went to another relative, so I don't have immediate access to them but I was curious what the general value is.
One of the coins I got from him actually is pretty interesting as well, it is a 2000 concept dollar created by the gallery mint that was issued especially to congress. The way to tell is that it is thicker than a half dollar and had 13 sunrays than the normal 11. No clue how he got it, but its still in the plastic it came it with a paper telling you where it came from and that it is a congressional issue.
