Rather Cool today & Nobody Contacted me to Hunt

So I Bundled up & Headed to donaldson's Defunct
Ball Field & School yard.

Site of Ball games, May Day Celebrations,
Community events, Etc.
Now used by the Fire Company for Med-e-Vac landings
and not much Else.

Sun almost popped out at one point.
Started stripping Jackets.
then it got cooler.

Way to go on the silver, Jeff This is the weather I LOVE Not one for the Summer myself. I like to go out in a t-shirt and feel the cold air. No bugs, sweating, overgrowth & all that other crap. Bring on Fall & Winter land hunting baby

Place is odd Buddy

Has every type of ground I Ever hunted

Swamp Mud, Dry gravel, Ball field sand,
awsome Ground, Hard Clay, coal dirt,
rockey Ground

& No rhyme or reason to what your going to hit
on the next dig.

& as ya see not alot of Coins.

saw a few holes, but may have been animals
or Golf Divits.

Yea was Pretty Cool !

Got a dime signal dug about 4" Maybe 5

& Saw round Thick Object Thought Bummer.
Then saw it was 2 Pennies
& Wheats Showing on Both sides.

Couldn't pop them with my Finger nail.
Actually Broke my Thumb nail Trying.

Tapped the edge with a Hammer to Pop them apart.
