2 nails and 1 gold cross

Was shallow water detecting this morn...this beach is old and seems to have been a dumpsite at one time...cause there is more nails than almost one can stand. had the 12x15 sef coil on today. I got a mixed signal on the safari and apon pinpointing and scooping...I had 2 metal nails and this cross in the scoop....i think this is a french halmark?
