Thanks, guys.

I was talking to the head teller at one of my pick-up banks today, she said they switched carriers. They used to be supplied by Garda, but now they are supplied by a company called Shields. Never heard of them and haven't seen any of their trucks around yet. I hope they bring me some good boxes this year.

I never heard of Shields before either. I wonder if that has anything to do with the nickels they supply. :laughing7:

Hey Mastermind!

Great to see you still posting and hunting man! I still come across your marked coins every now and then... been a while though.

Did the boxes change in shape, or stamps??

PM me if you dont mind :P

Hopefully they don't take the silver out! Smaller companies CAN and DO do this.

My first hunt this year produced my first S proof silver "the all mighty bicentennial." :). Hope it's a good sign.

Dumped the dimes from last night and found a keeper in the reject tray: 1964 Washington.

My first silver quarter for the year. Only two away from completing a full roll of silver quarters.

Picked up a box of halves and two boxes of dimes to search tonight.

That's a nice keeper. Ive still never found any silver in a reject tray. So you've found 38 silver quarters CRHing? that's pretty good.

Good luck with your boxes tonight. I got $50 in nickels to search tonight. Hope we both are able to find some silver.

Yep, I've found 38 silver quarters so far. Only two of which were teller tray finds, the rest were all found in various reject trays over the last two years. 37 Washingtons and one dateless Standing Liberty.

Skunked on one of the boxes of dimes from yesterday, the other gave up one Roosie: 1964.

The box of halves gave up three 40%ers:

1967
1968D x 2

Well that was a really good box. And your first 90%ers of the year were A Walker and Ben so that's even better. I found my first silver halves (6 40%) in some cwr's on Jan 3rd. I hope to find my first 90% halves sometime soon too. Haven't found a Walker in a while so that would sure be a nice sight.

H$H!
