Great box MM! Glad to see you're still finding some here and there. It's been pretty bad up here, skunked out on 8 boxes last week and 7/8 the week before.

Picked up a box of halves yesterday, and it was a pretty freakin' good box!

It had one Bender, and several proof enders. One of the proof enders was a Statue of Liberty commemorative.

Also found a non-silver 1994P World Cup proof commemorative. I know it had a low mintage, but I already have one in original packaging somewhere in my collection, so I tossed it back for the next collector to find.

Total take from this one box was 26 keepers, twelve 90%ers (nine of which were Bens) and fourteen 40%ers:

Bens:

1952
1952D
1953D
1954 x 3
1954D
1959D
1962

Kens:

1964 x 3
1966 x 4
1967 x 6
1968D
1969D x 2
1970D

This is my third 1970 found so far, and my second one from the Denver mint.

This definitely puts me at >100 ozt. in silver found this year! Will add my latest finds to my spreadsheet to get an exact number of ounces soon.

Outstanding box of halves. Haven't seen a good box of halves posted here in a while.

9 Bens in a box?!? Pretty damn awesome!

Congrats

Ugh, the last three weeks have been torture! Skunked on 30+ boxes, including both halves and dimes.

A week or so ago I picked up a box of halves that gave up a lone 90%er: 1964.

That was a welcomed site, and I had hoped it signaled the end of the skunks. But it did not. Skunk boxes continued the beginning of this week, until I picked up two boxes of halves yesterday.

Both boxes gave up silver. The first one gave up two 40%ers:

1968D
1969D

The second box gave up a total of nine keepers, two 90%ers and seven 40%ers:

1945D Walker
1964
1966
1967
1968D x 4
1969D

Hopefully THIS marks the end of that atrocious run of skunk boxes.
