2nd Hunt today

Naiber of mine told me there was a old home site at the back of his property.
about a mile back.
told me to look for the old apple tree
Sade there was a cellar hole.
well there is a hole about 8" by 5"
and there is a apple tree.
not sure about a home site but found some stuff.
might just be a dump site every thing was less that 3 "
will keep hunting there may be a home site I'm missing its grown up somewhat

PS: watch out for the big yello bumble bees they dont like the hum of the detector
got me in the side of the head

I might be a cellarhole, brush. Alot of times they would just fill the old holes with junk. I hate that.

You might still want to hunt farther out from the cellarhole itself. There might be some goodies for you.

I agree with Mona ( aka cellarhole queen ) hunt out away from it as if you were hunting it with the house still standing.

Nice knife. Might want to soak it in linseed oil. A guy I know soaked one in diesel for a while. Ate the crud off. He did not mention if it ate the handle or not.
